Great customer service. We called last minute and they made space to squeeze us in I have 3 pups. They did a amazing job because my lil pup doesn't let anyone touch him so I was worried about him. But they did good and they sure did smell good after!

Aside from extra wait time due to an uncooperative puppy, which I understand can make issues for groomers, they did an amazing job on my pug. He was clean, happy, and nails trimmed a good length at a great price. They even suggested I keep an eye on his ears for infection and made sure I consider taking him to vet. Good service, good price. I will likely be making monthly appointments!

My guess is that these 5 star reviews are fabricated. The people are not friendly. It was supposed to take 2 hours for a groom, de-shedding, haircut, nail trim, teeth brushing, and anal glands expressed. I got a call within 30 minutes of dropping my dog off that she was ready, which is not nearly enough time to do all those things. Her haircut was very choppy and uneven, the de-shedding was clearly not performed at all. And when I picked her up she was traumatized. I will never take my baby back here!
